Kinomi began with a simple belief: importing Japanese vehicles could be done better.

While working in Japan’s export industry, we saw firsthand how limited access to the Japanese market often led to significant markups—sometimes exceeding 40%—without providing customers the quality, preparation, or transparency they deserved.

When we imported our first vehicle ourselves, we experienced the complexity, cost, and uncertainty firsthand. We realized those added margins could instead go toward proper inspections, maintenance, preparation, and better customer support.

That experience became Kinomi.

We created Kinomi to make importing Japanese vehicles more transparent, reliable, and fair—giving customers access to the Japanese market without unnecessary markups or uncertainty.
